as well as Villas, with electrical and architectural works. Our company is registered in
Hamriyah Free Zone and Saif Zone as well; with specialized on Shed/Warehouses/tanks
and Buildings

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing the services in accordance with the programmed.
Producing any report/recommendation pursuant to the agreement.
Preparing Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Fire Protection & Fire Fighting,
Telephone, Water Supply and Drainage Design, specification and drawings in
accordance with the requirement of Sharjah Municipality (Hamriyah Free Zone
nor Sharjah free Zone)
Acquiring approval of all the designs and drawings from concerned authorities
and acquiring building Permit.
Acquiring the completion certificate and help the owner in getting final
connection of all the services.
Inspecting, supervising and managing the project until its completion and
handing over.
We hold the sole guarantee and responsibility of service we offer for you. In the light of
the above matters we hereby request your good office to give us opportunity to be a part
