Salama Alabbar

Emirati entrepreneur. Founder and manager of the “Symphony” store in the “Dubai Mall”, which opened in 2008, in addition to being the founder of the “BySymphony” website.

She holds the franchises of “Temperley London” and “Boro 7/24” in the Middle East, in addition to cooperating with the Italian “Vogue” magazine through the fashion experience “Vogue Dubai”, and expanding its e-commerce by offering a group of designers such as Razan Al-Azouni and Madiya Al-Sharqi, along with Alexander McQueen and Saint Laurent, which is the first in the region in terms of providing a welcoming environment for emerging local designers.

She previously worked as an analyst at Ernst & Young between 2007 and 2008.

Salama comes from a business family. Her father is renowned businessman and founder of Emaar and Noon, Mohamed Alabbar, and he siblings are Rashid Alabbar, Shamsa Al Abbar, and Hamdan Al Abbar.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the American University of Sharjah in 2007.
