TRAIN Strength & Fitness is a 50,000 sq ft gym based in the center of Abu Dhabi. We pride ourselves on having a vast amount of equipment. One of our main aims is to provide fitness enthusiasts and trainers with a high-end facility to do what they do best… TRAIN. 

At TRAIN-SF we don’t believe in tying people into contracts. We are confident that our facility speaks for itself in terms of quality and customer services, hence why we offer a range of flexible and affordable memberships options and day passes. 

Our Philosophy

Our goal is simple – engineer a facility and environment where trainers can focus on what they do best, TRAIN. Our unique concept is designed to support and look after trainers. We understand how expensive and complicated it can be to set up on your own but at TRAIN that’s not a problem. We encourage you to use our first class facility like your own gym, and run it like your very own business. TRAIN offers different types of 

membership programs so that you can choose which is most affordable and practical for your needs. 

Memberships 

At TRAIN we offer a range of flexible membership options to suit your lifestyle. Take a day pass, weekly pass or our monthly no contract membership. We also offer a 6-month and 12-month membership.
