Uncle Fluffy’s cheesecake originated in Hakada, Japan in 1948 created by the local people. It was favored greatly by people rapidly with a less sweet flavor and fewer calories that is more suitable for Asian culture. Different from standard cheesecake, it’s made of cream cheese, butter, sugar, whipped cream and eggs. It contains less cheese and sugar. Uncle Fluffy has finally arrived to Dubai in Ibn Battuta Mall and planning to open soon another branch in Dragon Mart.
