Owned and run by Marlene Henning, Shampooch was established in 1988 by Lizelle Smith, her daughter.  When Lizelle moved to the UK, the business was put in the reliable and competent hands of Marlene and the excellent team in the parlour. The team is well trained and have a wonderful rapport with all the pets that visit us. 

The grooming team is made up of Bophelo Legakabe, Nono Tabolane and Jan Cooper.  Bophelo is the head groomer and has a wealth of experience clipping dogs of all breeds. 

Cats are also catered for at Shampooch and even though the myth suggests cats do not tolerate water, they seem to do just fine in the hands of the capable team at Shampooch.​ 

We use warm water and we do not cage dry any pets.  Your pets are in safe and experienced hands with the most established pet groomers in Botswana.
