Maui has learnt how to cook Thai-Isan cuisine from her mother
since she was nine years of age. Her mother’s recipes and
preparation processes are based on traditional Thai-Isan cuisine.
Years of helping her mother running her restaurant have given her
extensive experience in learning how to cook.
In 2008 Muai opened her own restaurant which proved to be
successful for the next nine years.Now she has brought her passion
of Thai-Isan food to Koh Phangan and she wishes to provide the
opportunity to those who want to explore the traditions of
Thai-Isan food.Muai will share her skills and knowledge so that you
will know how to authentically prepare your Thai favourites when
you return back home.
