Former five star hotel chef, Kent and Nick, a western food expert with 10 years of experience teamed up with Mondrian’s Chef spent 9 months time to make every dish on the menu a Mondrian’s “signature” dish. Our professional chefs use the freshest farm-to-table ingredients to conjure up delicious entree choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
