Our Name
“Mon Ami” is French for “my friend”. Don’t be a stranger, come see us today and be a friend!
Our Goal
The goal is to be Venice’s go-to cafe for great coffee, freshly baked croissants, quick-bite sandwiches like our pastrami rueben with house-made horseradish dressing, and house-made BBQ chips.
Our Menu
Our menu and the recipes were all put together by a chef who has worked at high-end restaurants owned by the Boka Restaurant Group and Chef Grant Achatz’s Roister Restaurant.
Our Owners
Originally from Ukraine, we have always had a passion for food. In fact, we owned a lovely restaurant in Chicago for years before COVID unfortunately took a toll on the business. Mon Ami Cafe is a fresh start and our way of getting back to doing what we love.
