Food is my Passion

After finishing high school, I decided to be a Chef and enrolled at the Culinary Department in University. I Joined the Amman Marriott Hotel after my graduation and throughout my time there, I have worked, learned and gained experience from the best International chefs who I have crossed paths with while being part of the Marriott family. I moved on in my position from a small Chef to be promoted to Assistant Executive Chef while always keeping the motto of “Success is to Cook for your Customers as if you are cooking for yourself” in my mind. After 25 years with Marriott; I had the honor of joining the Royal Palace of his Majesty King Abdullah II as a Head Chef.

I always had this dream of having my own restaurant and fulling my passion in producing special dishes with my signature, and after 28 years of dedication, hard work, passion and hope I managed to open my own restaurant where I can present a sensational food experience.

In my modest opinion, preparing and creating food is an art that does not only fulfill your appetite but dwells and fulfills as well the sight, smell and taste if prepared the right, healthy way and with passion.

Customer satisfaction is my main target; and it gives pleasure to my heart to see my customers walking out happy & content after trying a nutritious
Mean that is cooked with love.
