We went out in search of ways to help our beloved Manayunk location overcome their biggest challenge…a kitchen that is barely big enough to serve a full restaurant. Our customers have been so amazing and patient despite our constant struggles to try to make take out available. When we realized there was simply no more space our for kitchen, we went and found another to do exclusively take out and delivery! Thus, we launched Lucky’s Trading Company, and our first project, Lucky’s Roadside Stand was born as our first full time tenant.

However, we’re not done quite yet. We recently added Sunshine Sandwich Shop to the Trading Company, and we have a bunch more pop-ups, events and test kitchen shenanigans coming soon.
