One of the most popular original ilonggo’s soup lapaz batchoy The name came from the district of LAPAZ in the province of Iloilo and BATCHOY came from the chinese word -BAC QUI- in tagalog (pira-pirasung karne) or pieces of meat LAPAZ BATCHOY has the similarity to chinese noddles soup but what makes it different is that the soup is purely ilonggo’s taste tatak ilonggo tatak pinoy!!!
