I came to New Zealand from Southern India in 1997, liked what I saw and brought my family in search of a better life.

We hoped and expected that our children would be the main beneficiaries of our work. The business has done much better than we anticipated and that is mainly because of the support we have had from the people of Paeroa.

We are all New Zealand citizen and our younger daughter was born here making her a “Kiwi Kid’.

When we first came to Paeroa we opened up a small takeaway next door which is now a cafe, with the locals support and from them enjoying our food we rented out a larger area to start takeaways and dine ins which can hold up to 60 people.

Back in India my father had a bakery so I came from a business background family with a passion for cooking. But it was not always easy for me, as I had to do different jobs to feed my family just to get where I am now. But hey its like this for everyone “Hard work Pays Off”.
