KIS Elementary School curriculum offers a core of academic subjects in language arts, mathematics, science and social sciences.

The Primary Years Program is concept-driven and has inquiry based learning at the heart.

Opportunities to enjoy camping and Field Trips are offered annually to all grades.

In addition to the important social interaction in the classroom and on the playground, KIS Elementary School provides clubs as well as after-school and / or evening activities.

The Middle Years Program (MYP) caters to students aged 11-16 (grades 6-10), and is part of the International Baccalaureate’s 3-tier program of education, which goes from the primary years through the MYP to the Diploma Program.

The MYP is designed to teach students to become independent learners who can adapt to new situations and combine relevant knowledge to solve real-world problems, either alone or with a group.

Middle School offers Academically challenging instruction and a team of caring, committed teachers, to prepare students for high school, college and later life 

KIS High School comprises grades 9-12.

Students in grades 9-10 follow the Middle Years Program, with grades 11-12 students working within the IB framework or towards the KIS diploma.

In addition to the KIS Diploma, students may earn the IB Diploma by passing at least 6 examinations 

At KIS the IB Diploma Program is optional for grades 11 and 12.

And fully integrated into the US accredited KIS High School Diploma curriculum delivered to grades 11-12. 

KIS provides a comprehensive careers & college placement service to all KIS students in grades 10, 11 and 12  

We have 18 student residences accommodating 25-35 students each, living with residential parents.

We also own and maintain hundreds of staff residences spread between apartments, duplex ground floor houses and stand-alone residences, as well as a number of rented local houses.

We care for our children to such an extent that we treat them like our own.
