importer, exporter and whole seller of Somali fresh & frozen meat to all over the world. The

Today, we boast two of our own slaughter houses in Mogadishu – Somalia, an exemplary

standard of Islamic slaughtering and production. The Slaughterhouses has a rigorous health

program in order to discover fatal animal diseases as all animals are inspected before and after

slaughtering, and diseased animals are discarded. The Slaughter houses are sanitized and

disinfected. The animal slaughtering taken place as per the Islamic rules & regulations, Other

slaughtering steps such as skin removal etc are carried with the under control of Quality control

and head of HACCP team officer who is also senior veterinarian.
