The villa has two cottages connected by a common veranda. One cottage has a bedroom, dining room and kitchenette. The other has one bedroom. Both bedrooms have attached toilets and air conditioning. The verandas offer spectacular views of the sea and the backwaters. There is an open-sky shower point too!

You can enjoy home cooked food provided by the caretaker family or can order from nearby multi-cuisine restaurants.

Power backup and CCTV coverage are installed for your security. And, the caretaker family stays right next door.
