The Inspire Institute is committed to helping schools better serve staff and students by developing a better climate and culture. Committing to a more positive climate and a more inclusive culture, will help reduce anxiety and depression in both staff and students; will reduce the chance of school violence and will create a sense of belonging for all students and staff. I help schools achieve an improved climate and culture through the implementation of the Nurtured Heart Approach which also has the benefit of providing a Social Emotional Learning program without having to interrupt instruction. I’ve worked with many districts in New Jersey with great success. The training I offer in the Nurtured Heart Approach is for staff and parents.
