Tailoring Policy:
-> We are happy to stitch or alter customer’s own garments, but we DO NOT take responsibility if, a garment is damaged by one of our machines due to low grade quality of a garment. If there is any possibility that the garment will/can get damaged during alterations, it will be advised to you before stitching/alteration and it will be at customer’s own RISK.
-> We do our best to avoid any damages to your garment but sometimes needles break or other situations may arise.
-> Please note that if a customer cancels the order or takes the garment back after their measurement to us, there will be a charge of $8 per garment for the measurement.
