Hajar Dokhanchi is a Registered Massage Therapist practicing out of Riverside Chiropractic, London, ON. Hajar originally worked in research with Biology major from Carleton University in Ottawa; however, her long-lasting interest in human anatomy and physiology drove her to pursue a career in massage therapy. She returned to school at Fanshawe College in the massage therapy program and graduated with honours.

She is certified in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), Cupping therapy, K-taping, and TMJ mastery (Inta-oral). Hajar’s approach is a combination of deep tissue work, contract-relax techniques, assisted stretching (PNF), lymphatic drainage, and fascia stretch therapy. Using the principles of tensegrity, she treats the body as a whole along the lines of tension (old injury, holding patterns) finding the source of the pain. Not just treating the symptoms!
