Future Fitness

Future fitness has been established for over 14 years. We are a complete gym with over 50 different fitness machines as well as over 15 cardio machines, battle ropes and bespoke boxing corner. You will find us in Farnworth (Harrowby Street), 5-10 minutes travel time from Bolton town centre and M60/M61 motorway links.

Our members describe our gym as an affordable, relaxed a friendly gym suitable for both men, women, young and old. Our mission is to build relationships with each individual member and assist them as best we can to help them achieve their health/fitness goals.

Our monthly membership is £19.50 for your first month (where we will set you up in our system and allocate you a membership number) and then only £15 afterwards.

We have a few in house personal trainers and also external personal trainers who use our space to train their clients. For more information on our personal trainers and their qualifications please call our gym directly.

We have a range of supplements and vitamins directly in our gym. We have partnered up with “Time 4 Nutrition” supplements to provide our athletes and members with high quality supplements.

You will find a range of flavours which are all really tasty. You are able to purchase a single protein shake or even a tub to take home, please ask a member of staff or call for more details.

You can actually purchase your own bespoke meal prep plan directly from the gym. Feel free to be specific on how you like your food cooked, how many calories you need in your meal and also the flavours and seasonings that you like with your food.

After being asked about gym clothing and merchandise by lots of members we decided to create our own branded tshirts, jackets, tops, joggers, shorts etc… You can find these in our reception areas on arrival to the gym. 

We are lucky enough to have built up relationships with local and regional well known athletes. You will see in our reception area a wall dedicated to some of our most successful bodybuilders (men & women) recognition and praise is something we believe all our members need no matter their goals.
