We are CMDC and we operate a Private Beach Resort and a small Organic Farm in San Juan, Batangas.Our Private Beach House can be rented for overnight stays and also for day trips, preferably to groups of friends, families and companies.The house has 4 large bedrooms w/AC , 3 Toilet & Baths, Living & Dining area, Kitchen & Dirty Kitchen complete with appliances and kitchen ware & utensils and 1 Maid’s room with bath and mini gym.The garden area is large and has a Swimming pool, a Nipa hut overlooking the beach and plenty of space for children to play, or for team building and bonding activities
