It was a dark and stormy night….no, really the sun was out. There was a building downtown that currently served as an antique mall (In the 40’s-50’s it was JC Penney). About the same time (2015), a downtown restaurant closed. There was nowhere to eat or drink something downtown. I thought about a coffee shop. Googled and found Classic Rock Coffee Co. franchise and loved the theme and was affordable to buy in. Well, next thing you know we are building out and opened in October 2016. We are one of many shops located in the United States and worldwide offering the best in specialty coffees from Brazil, Guatemala, Ethiopia, & Sumatra.
