CARLOS was established on 1990 by our uncle named Carlos. It humbly started as one of our family business with mexican food concept known as Carlos Mexican Canteena. We started with Carlos Mexican Canteena at Jalan Ampang. Then followed by Jalan Tun Razak and the last one was in Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur.

This year, CARLOS came up with a new and polished concept. We will be introducing our Asian Fusion concept which will emphasize more on Authentic Malaysian Cuisine.

Our signature dishes will be Nasi dagang, Nasi kerabu and Nasi minyak which were cooked by following our mother’s recipe. Truly authentic Terengganu recipes.

For those who loves to chill around, embracing the moments, we have our own in-house coffee barista which will help you calm your mind and enjoy your life sip by sip and not gulp by gulp.
