HOW OUR SERVICES WORK FROM THE SENDER TO THE RECEIVER

.In all countries when packages are ready, a customs officer will come for your product and inspect if the product you are sending does not contain anything that is prohibited or that will tarnish the image of the country, after doing the checks you will be given the go-ahead.

The receiver will need to get the reference number which will be paste on the packages in his or her location to the sender before the agent can process with the weighing and billing and it verifies that the sender and the receiver so there won’t be any misplace of packages…..
After pasting the reference number which has send to the sender by the receiver in his or her country for system verification the agent will take your product and weigh it and then tell you the amount to be paid for your product to be sent. After paying, he or she will print a receipt for you containing your details and the receiver details and the product reference code
How To Receive A parcel In Ghana
- The first thing you need to have is the reference number of the item you are about to receive. So if your relative abroad has sent you an item using ARAMEX , then she or he has to send you a reference of that product.
- The second thing you need to do is to confirm form your sender about the product to know when it will arrive
- Now with your reference code and national ID cards
- When arrival the agent is charge will ask to Provide your name, the item sent to you and your reference code, the worker will then validate and if everything is correct, your product will be given to you. After that the agent in charge will show you to how generate your serial code in through the system paid account so the code will be send to you as an SMS on your phone immediately the necessary requirements is done
- After receiving the serial code you will be asked to send it to your sender for verification from the senders country and after the verification you will be called to give the drivers name and the van number moving to your destination so you can have a frequent conversation with him or her……Within some hours your packages will be delivered to you safe
