The 365 Restaurant is open every night to offer two menu options, one of them vegetarian, which both can be enjoyed in a 6 or 8-course version.

Chef Andreu Segura, born and raised on Mallorca, presents his cuisine which is firmly rooted in this land and its traditions, taking the best from each season of the year. Each dish captures the flavours, textures and colours to awaken the gastronomic memories in the local palate and trigger the curiosity of Mallorcan cuisine.

The 365 Restaurant’s wine list offers a selection of more than 200 wines from around the world, highlighting a wide selection of the excellent Mallorcan wines. The Pairing option on our menus allow you to enjoy our selection of wines, that Joan Amengual, Head of Room and sommelier, has chosen specifically to accompany each dish on the 365 Restaurant menus.
